  • UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore plugin is very helpful in such cases, back it up before updating any thing.

“I work on my website for weeks and this idiots destroyed my whole work.” – your review

    this people are idiots!

Instead of insulting the developers and makers of this free product, maybe you should first check to make sure it is actually their fault?

More than likely you have another plugin or your theme has caused the issue here. Have you done the steps listed here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-debug-issues-after-updates

Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

I asked for support and nothing happened to yet. All your tips have were wrong to yet.

I will NOT change to the Twenty Sixteen Theme or Storefront Themes, because I had to start my Work from the beginning again and that’s too much !! Everything worked well before the last update.

    I wrote:

I made the update and all my work of weeks was destroyed ! It changed the size of the the product image on every product and the product image on archive. The images are cut off and are no longer completely displayed. Impossible to change it….

that’s no proof credibility, keep factual !

Sorry, those quotes where from shogunteam, not you: https://cld.wthms.co/16f6S/1xUUoGRH. Should have specified there.

One of your plugins or the theme is likely causing whatever issues you are experiencing. (what problems are you experiencing by the way?)

You can switch themes and disable plugins without losing settings. Re-enabling them should bring back things just as they were.

FYI WooCommerce does not touch your images after updates. Images are stored in full size on the server; themes can control resizing and cropping and display sizes and create additonal versions. You’re welcome to check our source code if you don’t want to take my word for it.

Most likely theme or plugin conflict, fixable through styling or choosing a different size then using ‘regenerate thumbnails’ plugin.
