    Hi, I checked, the tracking info does show on the Completed order emails, we removed the tracking info from all the other emails. are you sure its the completed order email?

    I’m using the plugin “WooCommerce Email Customizer with Drag and Drop Email Builder” to customize the email templates.

    If I desactivate the plugin, the info are displayed in the email. But with the previous version it worked well, something broke the association in your last version.

    This plugin is overriding email files in your theme files and provides the drag and drop interface from this reason, the tracking section will not display in the preview of the compleated orders but from a test I just did, it does display in the completed order email when it’s sent.

    We are working with this pligin developer to make the plugins compatible, in the next release we will add a shortcode for tracking info that can be used in this plugin.

    Hi, I can confirm that the plugins are compatible, you will not be able to see the tracking in the customizer preview but they appear in the completed emails that are sending.
    You can also use our new tracking info display designer (under settings) to customize the design of the tracking info in emails and the design and layout and for the “delivered email” custom emails.
