“Last updated on” how to change the theme

  • I like to change meta data of posts to show “last updated” or “last modified” date in search engines instead of “published” date?

    I am using twenty seventeen theme.

    Please let me know the code and which file I have to updated.

    Thanks for using Twenty Seventeen! Are you wanting to make changes to the HTML associated with the date, or do you just want to show the last modified date instead of the published date?

    Theme seventeen ia a complete WP theme for blog and website. I really like it than others.

    I need Last modified date only … please guide
