Lastest posts from specific category listed in a page

Hi everybody

This is my first post in this forum, but recently I have used it a lot… So thanks to each and everybody out there helping me and others out time and time again!!

For now I would like to add a short list of the latest posts in a specific category – like a RSS-feed – to one of my pages. This should simply enable me to describe the content of the category shown.

Does this make sense?
