Latepoint doesn’t login appointments, not sending mails

Hello, I am working on a site that utilizes LP Manager, and I have an issue, when a user pay with stripe, the payment is properly logged, however an appointment isn’t being loaded in the table and most of the times when this happens, also a mail to the user/client, isn’t being sent.

Stripe webhooks, secret keys, API key, all that is configured properly. I have enabled the debug.log, not getting any errors. I have installed POST SMTP in order to solve the mail not sending issue, to no avail.

I cannot seem to find some sort an LP error, log or something.

Any assistance would be appreciated, almost a week this problem is very repetitive.
