Lates version showing php error in Query Monitor

    Hi Ninjafirewall support,

    Just found that a PHP Errors occurs in latest firewall version.

    Message:
    file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/xxxxx/.htninja) is not within the allowed path(s): (/xxxxxx/:/tmp/)

    Location:
    wp-content/plugins/ninjafirewall/lib/firewall.php:27

    Please can you help whether it’s my wordpress server problem or what?

    This is just a warning, you can safely ignore it. This code has always existed in NinjaFirewall, I assume that the Query Monitor now displays those warnings. But nothing to worry about, “open_basedir restriction” just means your PHP configuration doesn’t allow it to access files located in the folder above the document root.
