Latest 7-18-13 Version 1.8.10 is Broken

Do you have active the status?
You are logged out from the install? Users with login and the right role have access and see the frontend.
I have currently tested on different installs.

Yes, it doesn’t work even when I’m logged out and using incognito/privacy mode. could be conflict with some other plugin but all i know is that latest update doesn’t work for me

What was happening was when I went into “Settings->Plugin Activate” and selected true, then update it stayed true but actually wasn’t because when I refreshed the page it showed false.

I got it working by deactivating it and then reactivating both this plugin and the WP Maintenance Mode Admin Bar Alert plugin and then reactivating this one and then the other one and they both seem to work now.
