Latest Activity Widget change request

I have been using the bbp Style Pack plugin on my company’s Intranet site and it is working brilliantly.

I have just added the Latest Activity Widget to the homepage for the site and wanted to include the name of the parent forum along with the Sub Forum but there wasn’t an option to do this.

I have edited the widgets.php file to provide this functionality but if there is an update to the plugin then I obviously run the risk of losing this edit.

Would it be possible to include this function in a future update?

The “hack job” I have done is on line 262:

$forum1 = bbp_get_forum_title(bbp_get_forum_parent_id($forum)) . ‘ – ‘ . bbp_get_forum_title($forum);
