Latest CVS problem: You have no right to edit ….

    I just uploaded the latest CVS and then ran upgrade.php, when I went to add my template and click update I got this message:
    ‘You have no right to edit the template for this blog.
    Ask for a promotion to your blog admin. :)’
    The thing is I was at the highest level of admin!
    I logged out and logged in with my details and still when I went to apply the template I got the above error.
    Its strange because I have full access to all other admin ares and can make changes to other parts of the admin like options etc.
    Any ideas?
