Hi! there is an incompatibility with the last update of Divi, 4.8.2. Be careful! Max Mega Menu stopped to work on frontend. I’ve also informed Divi developers.

Do anyone else had same issue?

    Thanks so much.

    Hi Miq,

Good to hear that worked. I do not think it is an issue with Divi 4.8.2 after all (we would have hundreds of tickets about it otherwise).

@nicolaskais, please start your own topic and temporarily open access to the staging site so I can see it.

    Hello Tom,

Elegant Theme found a solution. They used the max mega menu shortcode and also revised the display by not using the divi section and fullscreen module. With just the shortcode and the divi code module in a normal section everything works again.

    Hi nicolas,

Thanks. I see it in the changelog now:

“Resolved the issue where every menu’s location added via the menu module was shown as primary even if it wasn’t a primary menu.”

They have fixed a long term bug (which is great!). It does however mean anyone relying on the presence of the bug (without realising it at the time) will find their menu defaults back to the default divi menu.

The fix is to remove the Full Width Menu module which is currently being used to display the menu, and replace it with a Code module with the menu shortcode pasted within (the menu shortcode can be found under Mega Menu > Menu Locations > Display Options).

    Regards,
    Tom
