Latest News is appearing as full content on main page

When I enable the latest news on Homepage, full content of the article is appeared as you can see on the screenshot. Currently, i disabled the latest news section to avoid wierd UI.

To do this, follow the below steps:
1. Create a child theme, ignore if already existing.
2. Create an index-news.php file in the child theme folder.
3. Open and paste this code https://pastebin.com/raw/qTTmUnY7
4. Save and activate it.
