Latest Nightly: iPad compatibility

I’ve been running the nightlies of 3.2 on an installation for a few days now. I updated yesterday, and the link to the Network Admin has now changed to a hover box over an arrow next to “Howdy, User.” This is fine on the desktop, but on the iPad doesn’t seem to work since there is no hovering. I’m not sure where to post this, so I posted it here.
