Latest Post Block adding border, background color and bullets

  • Hello,

    I need help in achieving the following result

    Currently, I have used the column block to create 3 blocks and under every column block added latest block posts and kept only post titles

    Need help in
    Making the post titles bulleted list
    Add background for each column consisting of latest block post
    add category title for each column
    Reference – in the attached image.

    Please help
