Latest Post not showing in grid

I show only the latest post on the homepage using The Post Grid. Today’s post doesn’t show up. I cleared the site cache in case that was the issue.

The new post only shows if I set it two show two posts, and it show ups under the previous post. Set to descending order.

If I switch to ascending order, random older posts (from 2011) show up.

I haven’t added or changed anything (that I can remember) since January, and The Post Grid worked correctly and as expected.
