I can add a title above the Gutenberg Latest Posts block by using a Heading block. But this opens up a lot more space between the heading and the list than on, say, the Navigation Menu block which includes a title option.

While it is possible to fix the gap using CSS, I’d prefer to have an attached title implemented in the same way as with the Navigation Menu block. Is this something I can code? Where would I start?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @billbennett,

Sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble here.

I see the problem you’re coming up against and the Gutenberg team are very much aware of the need to provide fine grain control for spacing to address situations very much like you see here. Indeed, it’s been on the roadmap from day 1, but as with all things, it’s an iterative process.

This is being addressed via the Global Styles project, which should allow you to fine tune spacing such as this.

For now the best solution is probably custom CSS. This is especially true because this instance is more of a unique case. I appreciate that isn’t ideal, but in the (near) future WordPress will have the tools to address this need.

All the very best with your site.
