Latest Posts Block Missing in Email Creation

I can see in the documentation that it is possible to add latest posts to email campaigns (https://fluentcrm.com/docs/content-blocks-in-fluentcrm-email-editor/#latest-posts-block), however in my install that block is simply not visible under “design” or anywhere in the blocks pop-up. Is this a premium-only feature?
