“Latest Posts By [Author]” Plugin/Widget?

I’m looking for a widget that displays the last post by each author in a multi-author blog. I’ve seen a plugin that shows the last post by category in the center of the blog, but no a widget for last post by author.

Has anyone seen one? Do I need to figure out how to code it in a text widget?
