    My latest posts on instagram doesn’t show on my WP site, what could be wrong? The plugin is resently updated and I have not had any problems before.

    I gave up on this in the end and installed a different plugin

    Hum, I think it’s a problem from Instagram ? … because I tried https://www.sociablekit.com/free-access/ and i’ve the same problem

    Most probably, the cache in the plugin is not being cleared. Please go to Instagram Feed WD > Settings page and press Reset Cache.

    Check whether the feed starts updating and let us know in case the problem persists.

    Still have the problem… I removed the plugin, installed it again, played with parameters..

    We had the same issue on our websites.
    And I have a simple fix for this. Just change the “Check for new posts every (min)” to 10 minutes or less and Save your changes.
    Hopefully, the problem would be resolved.

    In Instagram Feed > Settings > Check for new posts every (min) set the time to 60 minutes. Thus, after an hour your Instagram Feed will be updated. In this case you will not need to reset the cache.

    If, however, you want the feed to be updated at the very moment once the image is published, you should reset the cache or set the Check for new posts every (min) to 1 minute, which is not recommended.

    Please be informed that these changes are because of Instagram API changes. The Instagram API uses the same rate limiting as the Graph API (200 calls per user per hour) with one exception: the /media/comments edge limits writes to 60 writes per user per hour.

    I had this problem with the FREE version. Upgraded hoping for something more hassle free and the same problem lies.

    The ONLY way it will update is to clear the cache. I’ve got it set to check every 60 minutes, doesn’t matter. We have to babysit this plugin for it to work, very frustrating…especially when you pay for it.

    Please try to reset cache and after that Revoke access.

    1. Visit Instagram.com from your web browser and revoke access of the plugin from here,
    2. Log out from the current account signed in to Instagram.com,
    3. Go back to the WordPress administrative dashboard of your website,
    4. Navigate to Instagram Feed WD > Settings page, then press Reset Access Token,
    5. After the page reloads, click Sign in with Instagram, and log in to your account.

    As the account is signed in, please create your feed using the same username, and check if it works this time.
