Latest Posts not showing up in WordPress

    Hi guys, my site, IrishFilmCritic.com, has been running smoothly on WordPress, for the most part, for the past few years but over the last two days, when I publish a post, it isn’t always showing on the Home page. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and IE and sometimes they post, others times not. I have realized that when I delete my browser’s History cache, everything is fine but I never had to do this before. Can anybody offer some help? It would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

    It does sound like some fairly aggressive cache may be going on. Are you using any caching plugins?

    Look for caching plugins and check settings. It could be possible that there is a setting that caches for a fairly long time.

    Hi Jose, I checked and I am not using any plugins. My posts should be displaying in chronological order, as they were published but some intermittent ones are not showing. They just aren’t there on the homepage I see all of the posts in the dashboard published and in chronological order. But they are not showing on my homepage in that manner.

    Odd. From what I can tell the plugin: W3 Total Cache is being used.

    I played around with the slider, deactivated it, then re-activated it and it appears to be working now. Thanks for your input Jose.
