Latest reviews are not updating

Latest reviews are not updating. We are using this plugin since 2022 now we saw that in free version we have to manually download the reviews. After manual download it’s showing next 10 reviews of 2023 not the most latest one. Is this the way plugin will work or I am not understanding correctly?

With the plugin you cab manually update your reviews 10 days after the last refresh and should see the latest ones.
