As an inexperienced user I’m not sure whether this failure is important? Obviously I added xxxxxx for security? I’ve tried opening those stated below files in ftp but Filexilla said “open for read: permission denied Error: File transfer failed”

    “`Errors encountered:
    * Dropbox: failed to upload file to backup_2021-12-20-1450_xxxxxxxx_ad72bcdefd36-plugins.zip (see log file for more)

    Can you help please. Chris

    Hi,

Can you post the full log? you will need to use a tool such as Pastebin to do this.

    Thanks vupdraft
I’ve uploaded to google which I think should enable you to see it.

Hope this is ok, any problem let me know!
I don’t think this is relevant but YITH System status Information has an error saying `Available Memory 40 MB
WooCommerce needs at least 64 MB of available memory
Read more here or contact your hosting company in order to increase it.`
We only use woocommerce for displaying items with no online payments?
    Many thanks

It looks like there is an issue with the Dropbox authentication token.
Can you wipe your settings from UpdraftPlus by going Advanced tools > Wipe settings and then reset up your Dropbox.

The warnings you are getting, it looks like you have some php files in your uploads. I would suggest excluding them from the Uploads in the Settings tab under “Exclude from uploads”

Thanks a lot, I decided to remove those files which were corrupt anyway and re-installed dropbox connection, now all ok.
Is there any reason why PHP files didn’t ought to be backed up?
    Many thanks Chris

You wouldn’t normally expect php files to be in your Uploads which is why Updraft determines them to be unreadable (they are not in an expected format)
