Latest Update (15.5) Resets All the Start & End Times

    Hi there

    I have just updated the plugin from version 15.2 to the latest version 15.5 and it has reset all the the start and end times for all the events on a site that I am managing.

    The times were 12pm to 1:00pm and now all the events are showing as 12:00am – 12:00am.

    I now have to go through and change all the start / end times back again. However, I took a backup, so I’ll just revert back to previous version.

    Is this an issue that you are seeing on your end or is it just me?

    Hi Paul,

    This is strange. Did you set your times with the recently added Start Time and End Time fields or were you still using the “old” input for time?

    To be honest I just took over the site as admin and not familiar with your plugin.

    All I can see is these fields https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/33777321?key=3fae2b8bbd878cf0d69bb87ca8edae90 for the times.

    Not sure what you mean by “old” or “new” fields, unless I am missing something.

    Hi Paul,

    In the past there was only 1 time field, a regular text input.

    But now there’s a field for start time and end time.

    You can go to previous (old) format again via the settings page.

    If you choose to use the new (better) format, you can hide all the 12am – 12am times that are appearing in the front end, via the settings page.

    I found the issue. There was a corruption with the site database.

    It’s all good now. It was nothing to do with your plugin.
