    Hi,

    The latest update 2.27.3 broke my site and give Fatal Error message. Rolled back to 2.27.2 and everything is fine now.

    Here’s the error I saw:

    PHP Fatal error: Declaration of Give\Framework\FieldsAPI\Concerns\ShowInReceipt::showInReceipt($showInReceipt = true): Give\Framework\FieldsAPI\Concerns\ShowInReceipt must be compatible with Give\Framework\FieldsAPI\Field::showInReceipt($showInReceipt = true): Give\Framework\FieldsAPI\Field in /wp-content/plugins/give-form-field-manager/src/FormFields/Fields/WPEditor.php on line 19

    Hi @dimsal!

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We actually just released (seconds ago) GiveWP 2.28.0 and Form Field Manager 2.1.0 which will resolve this issue.

    Please update both and let us know if you run into further issues!

    Much appreciated!

    Thank you for confirming! Have a great day!

    Hi,

    We are facing the same issue. We were able to update GiveWP to version 2.28.0, but unfortunately for us, the plugins page is not offering us to update to version 2.1.0 of the Form Field Manager. We are stuck with version 2.0.4 at the moment. Is there a way to force update it to version 2.1.0?

    Cheers,

    Alain

    You can always download the plugin from GiveWP and then manually upload it your site. Remove/delete the old version and unzip the newly uploaded one.

    @dimsal Thanks! Will try that.

    @jason_the_adams I wonder if the reason the plugins page is not offering to update the Form Field Manager to version 2.1.0 is that, according to the changelogs, versions 2.0.4 and 2.1.0 have the same release date — or it’s just a copy/paste error (doubtful the actual 2.1.0 build also points to that Jan. 18 2023 date)?

    = Changelog == =
    2.1.0: Jan 18th, 2023 = * Enhancement: Improved Fields API integration in preparation for GiveWP 3.0 * Fix: Resolved a compatibility issue with GiveWP 2.27.3, update to this version and GiveWP 2.28.0.

    = 2.0.4: Jan 18th, 2023 = * Fix: Section fields do not break manual donations. * Change: The repeater field uses the new GiveWP validation api introduced in 2.24.0.

    Hi @intheflow132!

    Releasing on the same day shouldn’t cause an issue. We do distribute our updates via CDN for speed, which can mean that a release can take a bit to show as available to everyone in the world. I did clear the CDN cache, though, to try and speed this up.

    I just double-checked that the latest available version is in fact 2.1.0.

    Please check again.

    I couldn’t find an update for the FFM add-on on the plugin page itself (even logged in): https://givewp.com/addons/form-field-manager/

    But I found it tucked away within the user account profile, in the downloads section. I was able to grab the latest there and update the plugin manually. All is well now.

    Glad to hear it! We’ll keep an eye out for anyone else having issues updating to make sure it’s not a more widespread issue.

    Thank you for reporting back!
