Latest update 2021.08.10

  • salam,

    This update has broken the prayer times and causing a php error.

    It’s preventing me from access the /wp-admin page of my site.

    This error is repeated several times

    htdocs/clickandbuilds/HayesWelfareAssociation/wp-content/plugins/daily-prayer-time-for-mosques/Views/TimetablePrinter.php on line 172

    Please can you advise.

    Brother, can I install an older version now and let me investigate the issue for you.

    Please confirm your php and wordpress version for me to investigate.

    How do you install an earlier version of the plugin? I am having the same issue and I have wordpress 5.8 and php 7.1.14

    I managed to SSH to the server then navigated to the plugin directory and renamed it. Then I was able to login in via the standard wp-admin page and revive the plugin.

    If you access the plugin website at the bottom is Advanced select that and then you can download previous versions. Download and install from the wp-admin plugin page.

    I then had to install a plug-in to prevent the prayer times plugin from updating.

    Hi, is there a fix for this? My WP site is broken as well and I had to disable the plugin from Cpanel.

    @iyazahmed you will have to downgrade the plug in for now. I’m using Version 2021.03.28.

    @mmrs151 These are the details of my server:
    WP version 5.8-en_GB
    PHP 7.4.22

    Let me try the older version. Would need to disable the auto updates I guess. Thank you.

    I work with brother @iyazahmed on this website. I updated our website’s php version to 7.4.22 and ensured that we have WordPress version 5.8 and then installed the Daily Prayer plugin version 2021.03.28 (verified plugin is not set to auto-update) but I am still not seeing the plugin working.

    The plugin is showing up empty when I activate the plugin

    From my experience you will have to reconfigure all the components of the plugin. The prayer times csv you should have a copy. If not use SSH or WinSCP to copy it from the server. Mine is hosted by a provider and is located in this directory.

    /wp-content/plugins/daily-prayer-time-for-mosques/Assets/prayer-time-2021.csv
