Latest Update Breaks My Site

    The latest sportspress update(s) is breaking several pages on my site causing me to have to rollback the plugin, the roster and stats (both player lists) will not load and eventually give me a server error. Not sure what is causing this.

    What kind of server error?
    Paste the contents here.
    Also, what other plugins do you have installed?
    And what version of PHP are you running.

    That’s odd.

    Please do share what are the error mesages and the PHP version. If you are running PHP 8+ please roll back to 7.x

    I am getting the following message after the page attempts to load for a while:

    Sorry, that didn’t work.
    Please try again or come back later.
    500 Error. Internal Server Error.

    PHP Version: ea-php73

    It is only pages with player lists that will not load, all other pages, league tables etc. load without issue

    I have to roll the plugin back to 2.7.8 before it works without issue

    Hi @jwright1099 ,

    Can you share more detailed error logs please? Otherwise we will not be able to identify what is causing this. You can check to your error_log files on your server for example, or ask you server provider for assistance on logs.
