    Hi,

I’ve just updated to WordPress 5.0.2.

I only have the following plugins installed:

    JSON Content Importer v1.3.3
    Page Builder by SiteOrigin v2.9.7
    SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle v1.13.4
    Yoast SEO v9.3

These are the ONLY plugins that are Active. When JSON Content Importer is active PageBuilder and YOAST do not function. I have to deactivate JSON Content Importer to allow YOAST and/or PageBuilder to function.

These plugins used to work together until the recent updates. Deactivating JSON Content Importer allows all the other plugins listed above to function correctly.

I believe there is some conflict with this plugin and I hope the information I provided here helps you diagnose a fix. If you need any more information from me please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Abe

    Hi Abe,

Can you post some more details on what exactly is not working, please.

    Hi Betnhard,

Yes of course. If I edit a page or a post the PageBuilder tab is missing. Also the YOAST panel is blank.

Deactivating the JSON Content Importer will allow the PageBuilder tab to appear. It also allows the YOAST panel to show the correct information.

I have tested with just YOAST Active and just PageBuilder active and the JSON plugin affects both plugins individually.

    I hope that helps?

    Hi Abe,

I can confirm this: if the classical editor is set by Page Builder the plugin tries to invoke the gutenberg block anyway. This causes some trouble.
There is no update for that, yet (I tried to detenct, if theclassical editor is used by the site builder but was unable to find the solution for that up to now).

One way would be to switch off the classical editor in the site builder.

    Hi Abe,

I added a new Plugin-Option: Switch off Gutenberg features (maybe a site builder needs that).

    Check that and save it.
Then you should be able to use the plugin as known before gutenberg and the SiteBuilder-Tab should be there.

    Hi Bernhard,

That has worked perfectly and I can now use all three plugins at once. Thank you for your help.

    Thank you,
