    Hi,

    After the recent update, the Customizer stopped working (I use MH Magazine). When I deactivate the plugin the Customizer starts working again.

    Hi everyone,

    I’m having troubles replicating this issue. Can you please elaborate on what the broken customizer looks like to you? Are you seeing a blank page? If so, can you please enable WP_DEBUG? This will require editing wp-config.php so if you need help with that, I would reach out to your hosting provider for assistance. Once enabled, please view your customizer and send me a copy of the now present error message.

    Also, does this issue occur when SiteOrigin Page Builder is the only plugin active?

    Hi,

    Several people have the same issue. I also noticed people on your own support forum reporting them same issue and it happens for me on 3 sites using page builder after the last update.

    When I click Customizer I go to the customizer page, but it doesnt load up the menu nor the site. Its just blank.

    I’m not home currently so can’t activate debugging.

    Hi Everybody,

    Sorry for the delay.

    We were able to find someone that was able to assist us with replicating this issue. We’ve released an update, 2.7.1, that will contain a fix for this issue. Please update and clear your browser cache. Let me know if this issue remains for you after updating SiteOrigin Page Builder.
