• I really hate to leave a one-star review and will gladly change it when there is a fix. I tried to sign up for the support forum but, evidently, you need to have purchased a product to do so? And I’m using a free plugin, so here goes…

I updated the plugin this morning, and it broke my site design. There were red lines all over the place on pages I used Livemesh SiteOrigin Widgets. I should have gotten a screenshot before restoring my site but didn’t think about it until after the fact, so I apologize for not having a visual to share. Please let me know if you have any questions, so you can repair the problem. I have been using this plugin with no problems until today for quite some time now. Thanks for your help!

I was curious to know if you were able to resolve this issue. Pls consider revising the rating if you have already and if this is still an issue, pls feel free to reach out to us.

We also created a new post addressing the issue faced with new version here. Pls check it out – https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/important-note-issues-when-upgrading-to-2-2-1-version/. I am thinking the plugin probably updated to latest version and got deactivated which you can fix easily as explained in the post above. Thank you.

I’m so sorry. I didn’t see your response until just now because I received no notification even though I ticked that box. Thanks so much for replying. I’ll check out the link you posted. I reverted back to the previous version of the plugin and haven’t updated it yet.

No, it wasn’t that it got deactivated. It produced a bunch of red lines on pages I used those widgets on. I wish I knew how to better describe the problem.
