    Hi,

It’s been 2 weeks since these plugin broke. Any word on an update?

    Thanks.

I’ve been troubleshooting an issue with the shortcode:

    [shop_featured_listings]

Which has stopped working since an update to the plugin, I’m now attempting to find older versions of the plugin so that I can rollback to a previous version!

I’ve raised a high-priority support ticket earlier today as a premium customer, however I await a response and hope this issue is resolved soon!

***Update, I just logged into my Etsy360 account and realised that I received a prompt reply 6 hours ago, but the email notification went into my spam folder, however the support staff said “This issue is top priority for us, as we have not experienced, nor recieved, any indication that this may be happening with other Etsy360 users. May I first find out which version of Etsy360 you are currently using?”***

    Thanks for the update.

I’ve sent them several emails telling them that the latest update broke the Listings Shortcode, but have not heard back from them.

I’ve been unable to find a previous version to rollback to. Even the older files in the Development Log don’t help.

I would definitely consider buying the Premium version if they get the Listing Shortcodes working again.

    CursiveQ,
My name is Abbyrae and I handle the tickets that come into Etsy360. I have been unable to locate any tickets from you at this time, and would be more than happy to help you get your site up and running the way that it should be. Please open a ticket and I will get to work right away!

    Best,
    Abbyrae

    Hi Abbyrae,

I filled out the contact form on the Etsy360 page. I don’t have a premium account. This issue is in regard to the Free Version.

The Free version used to have Shortcode buttons to show Shop Section Listings, but since the update, it is now missing and all my shortcodes are now broken.

    Please help.

    Thanks,
    Mike

    Okay Mike,
I have the developer of Etsy360 working on this now and you should see an update very very soon. I will have him direct the emails to me for the free version of Etsy360, that way I can stay on top of these issues. Have a great day!

Hey Mike, I just wanted to let you know that we do not have plans of re-introducing the shop section listings to the free version. I know its a bummer, so let me know if you would like to purchase the full version or the bundle and I will make sure to give you a discount code.
    Have a wonderful evening,
    Abbyrae

Well that is just bad business. To take a feature included in the free version and then disable it, makes me mad.

What about all the people that designed their website based on the free version with the Listings shortcode? You, in one update, may have disabled thousands of websites!

Well, I’ve already removed the entire Etsy360 plugin from my website and moved to a different layout.

    So long.
