With the latest update, my site that uses Paid Membership Pro will no longer work. The site is fine until a member tries to login. Upon login, the page just goes blank to a white page and the members can no longer view anything on the website. It only happens when logged in, otherwise the website works properly.

I rolled back to the previous version, and everything is working properly again, so it is definitely something with the latest update.

I did notice that in the web address bar during the white screen, I see my web address, but also see “/doing cron job.” So maybe the software if forcing some cron job that is failing?

For now, I have rolled back to the previous version and all seems to be working fine. It is just the new version causing login issues with the PM PRO plugin.

@mack99 It’s a sign that you have ALTERNATE_WP_CRON defined in your wp-config.php We have not done any cronjob related changes in the latest release.

Please remove the defined constant ALTERNATE_WP_CRON code line from wp-config.php and test the latest version.

    Hope it helps you.

By disabling the whitelisting option in AIO WP Security, it resolved my problem, so it has something to do with the whitelisting option in your plugin.

The login whitelisting feature was not working in the older AIOS version on a few configured Apache servers and all non-apache servers. Starting from AIOS 5.0.8, it started working suddenly. You are trying a non-whitelisted IP address client, so you can’t browse the login screen and face the 403 error on it.

In AIOS 5.0.9, The login whitelist would be auto-disabled on upgrade and shown admin notice if it is already enabled.

We are glad that the issue is resolved at your end.

    Thanks a lot.
