    Hello. We recently copied production to staging, causing the plugin to be downgraded. We have now updated the plugin to the newest version on staging.mymoissanite.nl – Please have a look now.

    Please check carefully and ensure that you added the correct products. If have more than one product has the same attributes, it will get one of these products and maybe it is incorrect. So, Remember to add just one product for each attributes combination.

    I have done this right from the beginning. If you check mymoissanite.nl live environment, you’ll see everything works well. The new update caused bugs that makes it not work properly anymore. Please fix.

    Hi there! I have the exact same problem after the new update (tested the functionality on your website as well) Some of the options cannot be chosen. I have 6 varieties and i cant choose 2 of them…It really stops the sales.

    1. I checked all 6 products have only one attribute per group
    2. I tried to make new rule and delete the old one but the problem is still present.

    You will se that there is no way to choose the options Black + Classic.

    As we are two now with Sebastian, that makes the issue valid. Please, the support team to check it.
