I had to disable the latest update and to fall back to 1.9.0 since the plugin blocked my entire WP installation.

    Hello @redima,

When you updated, you couldn’t even login? Did you see any errors? Are you using WordPress 5.5.0?

Could you send us an email at [email protected], we’d like to go over your site theme and plugins.

    Thanks,
    Natalie G

Hi @redima, sorry to hear your site crashed with the latest update. Just to confirm… v1.9.1 crashed, but v1.9.0 is working? It’s odd, because the only change between those 2 releases should be adding some CSS code (which should never affect your site’s ability to load).

Please get in touch with our pro support and we’ll help you resolve any issues and upgrade safely

    Thanks,
    Nathan

1.9.1 crashed, 1.9.0 works fine. But it can be related to the Woocommerce update that came in today too. Or to a memory issue on my server. I’m not sure yet.

@redima were you able to find out what caused your website to crash?

So far we’ve not had any other reports like this one, I’m going to close this thread as we don’t believe this was cause by Draw Attention.

Please send us an email if you’re still seeing issues, [email protected]
