Latest update crashes the whole page!

  • After last update to version 3.0.4 I had to reactivate the whole site with the last backup, because the update crashed the site.
    After reinstalling version 2.3.1, all (!) tickets were deleted and the ticket list was no longer available! The entire history is gone :((.
    Remains me probably nothing else but to delete the plugin, which is very difficult for me, because it has worked great so far.
