    The latest update to your plugin causes a critical error with WordPress and makes the entire website inaccessible. Please provide a link to a rollback version of the plugin until you provide a fix. Thank you.

    Hi @katipauls @adveron

    Hope you’re having a great day ??

    Actually, you just need to make sure you have versions 4.0.5 and 2.2.0 for Premium Addons for Elementor and Premium Addons PRO installed on your website.

    If you’re not getting the update notification for Premium Addons PRO v2.2.0 in your WP Dashboard -> Plugins tab, you can simply download it from your account settings page -> Downloads tab.

    BUT, if you’re getting the update notification for Premium Addons PRO, then please follow the steps below to update and get things back to work:

    1- Deactivate Premium Addons PRO before updating anything.

    2- Update Premium Addons for Elementor to v4.0.4

    3- Now, update Premium Addons PRO

    4- Reactivate Premium Addons PRO

    5- Make sure widgets & add-ons are enabled from Premium Addons for Elementor dashboard settings tab.

    Regards

    I did what you said, but my widgets are still buggered. It wasn’t the updated Pro version that buggered the widgets, it was updating the Premium Addons for Elementor to 4.0.4. I’ve had to restore backups of my site several times while trying to figure this out:(

    The same issue my webiste crashed :

    Warning: require_once(/wp-content/plugins/premium-addons-for-elementor/includes/class-pa-core.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /wp-content/plugins/premium-addons-for-elementor/premium-addons-for-elementor.php on line 27

    can’t even login

    @katipauls

    Could you please make sure that widgets are enabled by navigating to your WP Dashboard -> Premium Addons for Elementor -> Widgets & Add-ons tab?

    If you still have any further issues, our devs would be more than glad to help on our support system from here.

    @agitabensalem

    We’re so sorry for the inconvenience you’re having. We have already fixed this error in v4.0.3

    All you need to do is deactivate the plugin using a cPanel/FTP credentials, then update to the latest version. This will get things back to work like a charm ??

    Our devs would be more than glad to help you getting this resolved in a minute through our support system

    Regards

    Just to give a quick update on my issue with the offset: it’s working again now. Not sure if there was another update that fixed it (have auto-updates enabled), or if it was because I deleted the cache today, but either way it’s all working again.
