Latest Update Disallows Meta Changes to Home Page, changes slug

With the latest version, I am unable to update my homepage. There is a slug that is present that belongs to another page present.
When I attempt to update the page, any meta does not update it in the database. Upon looking into the database, the Slug setting is correct, but the page is persistent on using another slug.
I deactivated WordPress SEO and I was able to change the slug.
Reactivating it, it will render the wrong slug again. Additionally, all other page meta such as “Revsilder” controls do not change when the plugin is active.
If it makes any difference, I am using IIS/Windows Server 2012. There was no problem before the update, and removing the plugin everything works again.
