• This was a great plugin. I had set up one size chart and adjusted the popup to look great on all devices. After the latest update, the plugin is too big for mobile devices and the size controls in the back end are now a premium feature! To make matters worse, none of the upgrade links point to the correct plugin on Codecanyon, so I couldn’t upgrade if I wanted to. I have reverted to the previous version of the plugin to get it working again. What now? Never update the plugin again? You guys need to rethink this.

    Hi,

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the new update.

We understand that changes can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve had a system that was working smoothly for you. From version 2.0.0, we aimed to introduce features that would improve the overall functionality and flexibility of the plugin moving forward, though we recognize it may take some time to adjust to the new workflow.

We’d love to help you get the most out of the new version. Could you please share more details on the specific issues you’re facing with your size charts? Our team can guide you step-by-step to ensure everything is set up correctly and operating as smoothly as before.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue working to improve the plugin for long-term benefits.

    Best regards.

The only thing I found overwhelming about your changes was trying to understand how you thought that breaking people’s websites with a plugin update, and then forcing them to pay to fix them, would be a good idea. In my books that’s ransomware.

I have deleted your plugin and created my own with Elementor popups – easy peasy – so I won’t be paying you any money.

    Have a great day!
