Latest Update still breaks site

    Running 2.9.4

    I have it Network Activated.

    I have some snippets setup and shared across all sites. They seem to work OK.

    I then have 2 snippets on a single site (not shared to any other site), and upon activating, they are causing an Error 500.

    When looking at debug, it says it cannot redeclare the functions. They are not duplicated and worked perfectly prior to updating.
