  • I found that I got a white screen as well. Turns out was with Yoast ga-ecommerce plugin. I have to disable either to bring back the site. Rolling back GA by Yoast to 5.3.1 also fixed it. So there was some change in 5.3.2 that doesn’t play well with ga-ecommerce.

I’m experiencing the same. debug.log shows this:

[18-Feb-2015 15:25:49 UTC] PHP Warning: require(/path/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/admin/license-manager/class-license-manager.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /path/wp-content/plugins/ga-ecommerce/lib/class-ga-ecommerce-admin.php on line 55

Same issue here. I’m also using ga-ecommerce.

Me too. I have ga-ecommerce installed, and I reverted to the 5.3.1 version of the analytics plugin to fix the backend.

    No Problem:

    Google Analytics 5.3.1
    Google Analytics eCommerce 3.0.2

    Fatal Error:

    Google Analytics 5.3.2
    Google Analytics eCommerce 3.0.2

It seems like an issue with Google Analytics 5.3.2 while using the Google Analytics eCommerce add-on.

We’ve been able to reproduce this problem and will be working on a fix tomorrow.

If you have any further details about this problem, please report them in the above mentioned thread on GitHub.

Same problem here, downgrading until fix is out.

The error at the top of this thread should be resolved in ga-ecommerce 3.0.3 release.

However no confidence yet that it’s same as #318 on GitHub (different file involved), waiting for OP feedback there.

GitHub issue #318 was reported to be fixed by ga-ecommerce 3.0.3 too. ??

    Updated to:

    Google Analytics 5.3.2
    Google Analytics eCommerce 3.0.3

    Working now, thanks!

    Working Again. Appears fixed

    Thanks for the feedback!

I see this was fixed for an earlier version. However I am getting the white screen on my admin page.

I just updated to the newest version of Yoast 5.4.2 from 5.2.8. The 5.2.8 works fine until Imin page.

    I get this error message

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home2/threepo8/public_html/pinktigerjewelry/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/admin/license-manager/class-license-manager.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/php/54/usr/lib64:/usr/php/54/usr/share/pear’) in /home2/threepo8/public_html/pinktigerjewelry/wp-content/plugins/ga-ecommerce/lib/class-ga-ecommerce-admin.php on line 55

Any help would be much appreciated!
