Latest update version 2.10.0 with error
-
I did this update today and it generated this error on the page
Even after the update, it keeps asking for an update!
https://prnt.sc/FkHl-nTF7J_0Can anyone check?
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The plugin doesn’t create any pages, in the pages tab there is no “single listing page”.
As I told you, this header never existed. It happened once in an update, but you fixed it, I don’t know how, but it was fixed. I was discouraged to stop using this plugin. But since it’s functional again, I still like it. But it doesn’t really have many features for adjusting pages or editing.
This topic is “RESOLVED”
But the error remains.
Should I open another topic or will the developer team make the effort to resolve it?!
There is nothing to do for developer team as the issue related to content-management part of your site.
Please open “Pages” section on your site in admin and find a page with [webdirectory-listing-page] shortcode. Remove any elements you do not want to see on a listing page.
Please do not open directory settings, as this is not related to the plugin options. Please do not open a listing to edit, as it does not related to plugin’s content as well. You need to edit a page, one specific page which you (or somebody from your team) have already edited and placed unneeded content there.
There is no page with a shortcode for “Single Listing”
I’d like it to be a page without the sidebar, but even that part isn’t configurable. That’s not a problem either.
Now, everything was fine, as I said until the last update, I didn’t make any changes.
That’s why I even asked the Theme team to see if it was an error that could help, and here’s the answer:Thank you for contacting us. I’m Prajna from the Astra support team.
I have checked the URL and I cannot see anything related to Astra causing this, Screenshot:?https://bsf.d.pr/i/bhGLZG
To check if the plugin is causing conflicts with Astra, Can you please temporarily switch the theme to the default WordPress theme and check if the issue is resolved? This will confirm if Astra theme settings are causing the issue.?I’ll be sad if I find that I have no support for the previous solution, which was working perfectly.
I wouldn’t even want to consider this plugin as unreliable, because as I said, it’s so simple and lightweight that it was perfect for me.
But now with this error!!!
Of course you have single listing page, its source code you are demonstrating on the screenshot you have sent me. Id of this page is 17181

OK, I see what you’re getting at.
I looked up the ID of that page, I had to install a pluigin to make it easier to indicate the IDs of pages and posts
As you can see, I only have a few pages, there are two tabs, and there’s no page with that ID 17181.
If I find that page, which I really wanted without a sidebar, there’s no way to choose, that’s the only format in the single listing, but now this header is appearing which will only confuse ??That’s why I’m saying it’s not the page configuration, it’s since the last update.
I know it’s very strange, but it’s more so for me because I’m not even a developer and your plugin was working so well…
How does it related to development when you can not find a page in admin side?
(please note, we do not work on holidays)

Yeah, but that’s what I’ve been trying to explain all along.
The page you’re referring to is a main page of the plugin
https://prnt.sc/mGQMqLz0XBSBBut when I choose to see a “Single Listing” it shows the header like this
https://prnt.sc/NgifrHWPPZDhIn the “Single Listing” no header should appear, right?
ok, I see you have found single listing page and edited to remove unnecessary shortcodes. What shortcodes does it have now?
Yes, I apologize for my confusion about the pages.
With WPML it creates a page for each language, and that ID=17181 was the Spanish language.
So there’s an id for each language, that was my confusion. Here’s an image of the code for the Portuguese page
https://prnt.sc/EsyaKSCTYZseThis one in Spanish
https://prnt.sc/7E1NCd4v4JyFThe other languages are the same.
The single page in Portuguese appears with this frame!
https://prnt.sc/CCjEn0TAGU5kThe other languages are the same except in Spanish the search appears on the single page!!!
https://prnt.sc/2PDRQmUBrNYxI think I’m explaining it well, this didn’t happen before the last update.
If it’s my mistake, I’d be grateful if you could help.
ok, lets try following: create 2 new pages with [webdirectory-listing-page] shortcode for both languages. One page for ES and the second for PT language.
If there is no page with this shortcode, then it should apply as single listing page and has no content except listing elements. But if this shortcode already persists somewhere, then you need to find it first.
That's why I like this plugin. When everything works well. There was actually a page missing with this [shortcode]. But to explain, I don't think I ever had this page and even then the Single Page appeared correctly. With the last update, I don't know what happened and it stopped appearing correctly. Sometimes it's not easy to detect a mistake, that's why we exchange a lot of messages here, but what matters is that everything is okay, because we learn from every mistake. It would be good in these cases to share information straight away, which pages are mandatory with the following [shortcode] This matter is closed and resolved. There's just something now that I haven't detected yet, the error. When I click on a TAG, the filter starts to "wind up" It was also working correctly and now it keeps crashing. I don't know if it was something I did, but I'm trying to restore that function. I have WPRocket, and on the pages of this plugin I put it as: Do not create cache on this page. But if you have any suggestions to improve it would be welcome. Thank you very much for your exhaustive support in resolving this matter.
