But like others have mentioned, would be great if we could disable customer consent for having review invitations?

If customer makes order, and company is sending emails about those specific product what customer have ordered, we do not need customers consent for sending those emails.

@marxx I agree, its absolutely stupid. This is responsibility of shop to have right terms, not plugin developer

If you have the consent checkbox, it means that in addition to our plugin you have also enabled the service for verification of reviews and publishing verified copies of reviews on the?CusRev.com?website. Your usage of the service is regulated by the terms and conditions that require you to obtain consent from customers before sending them review invitations.

If you do not want to be bound by the terms and conditions of our service for verification of reviews and ask for consent from customers, please deactivate the service by setting the “Verified reviews” option to “No verification” in the plugin’s settings (on “Review Reminders” tab). After that, the plugin will still be fully functional and you can use it for collecting reviews in a way that you prefer.
