Latest version 2.41.1 is crashing the site

FYI, for those impacted by this. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/rollback-update-failure/ might shine hope on WordPress potentially having an auto-rollback for themes & plugins that have a fatal error during/after update such as what happened in this case (either via this plugin now or by way of official adoption within WP itself [with its core trac ticket currently set to the 5.8 milestone.])

@eskapism it seems you forgot label the commit in github. I have github updater plugin and without this tag I can’t update.
