• Hi @joedolson. found another issue with version 3.0.6 where it disrupts attaching Featured Image to a post. when i disabled the plugin, attaching was fine. once i reactivated the plugin, the attachment refuses to work. in fact i noticed the post’s pop-up Media Library too was taking ages to load, or most of the time, does not load at all even after refreshing the screen. i’ve tested this a couple of times, with live post, test post and disabling and renabling of the plugin.

rolled back to version 2.5.17 and re-tested the above scenario and nothing like that happened. i’ve also gone back and forth with version 2.5.17 and 3.0.6 to confirm this. i’ll continue to stick to version 2.5.17, until your next fixes.

That’s pretty strange. Do you mean that you’re having issues with the media library *outside* of My Calendar?

@joedolson. yup, outside of My Calendar on posts and pages. the site i’m managing is running on the latest WordPress 4.9.6 and PHP 5.6.32.

Can you submit a support request at My Calendar > Help? I have no idea how My Calendar would cause this issue; I’m guessing it involves a 3rd party interaction of some kind. My Calendar just doesn’t really do anything with the media library other than call it, so I don’t know what to suggest.

@joedolson. alright, i will do that. but let me dig further into this. i might have seen some new errors popping up in my hosting log that is related to mod_security blocking access to the Featured Image attaching function and Media Library only when v3.0.6 of this plugin is active.

That’s interesting; please do let me know what comes up. That sounds pretty unexpected.

nothing (like what i saw previously) pops up in the hosting’s error log this time. i’ve tried v3.0.7, and the same issues still exist. i’ve also tried on another website that runs your plugin and similar thing happened. i’ve sent you a support ticket via the dashboard of the second website. i’ve also added 2 Youtube links of my screen recording.
