Latest version (4.8.9) cannot be configured anymore

    After upgrading to version 4.8.9 I get the error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” Getting no inbox instruction. Disabling / Uninstalling / Reinstalling does not help at all.

    Any ideas?
