    latest version 3.2.8 now brings up error in PayPal that says we do not deliver to this location when doing a test purchase.

    address is correct

    worked fine before the latest update.

    Hi @cookney,

    That doesn’t sound like a broken checkout but rather a conflict with the shipping options not being returned when PayPal validates that the customer’s address can be shipped to.

    In previous versions of the plugin this validation was not performed on the checkout page.

    Are you using any 3rd party plugins for your shipping? Do you have a staging site where this can be re-created?

    we dont use any 3rd party plugins for shipping as we manually export to csv to import into hermes

    I will create a staging site and send link

    however it was broken on the live site so pretty dangerous as luckily I did a test purchase otherwise would lose over £5k a day

    Yes please send the staging site link when available. This functionality was very well tested before it was released so I believe it is specific to your set up.

    It works perfectly on my development site and I do not have any other reports from merchants.

    When you provide the staging details please also provide an address that I can use to test with.

    What I went ahead and did is make it so that the shipping options aren’t validated on the checkout page when the PayPal pop-up is open since the checkout page will have the shipping options already. It just makes it easier this way.

    Simply re-install latest version.

    Update: the update I pushed will work for you since it doesn’t validate the shipping address.

    I did find a bug where the PayPal patch fails PayPal’s internal validation if the option “Show prices inclusive of tax is enabled.”

    I will be releasing a fix shortly but as long as you install the update I mentioned previously you aren’t affected.

    Hi, we had this issue too, Clayton seems to have fixed it, uninstall and re-install, worked a treat for us.

    Hi, I’m having customers report this same issue: PayPal that says we do not deliver to this location.

    Yes we will be releasing an update tomorrow with a fix for this. We already released a patch to the current version so if you delete the plug-in then reinstall it will work.

    I have another issue now with the plugin

    mobile card payments do not work

    you enter the card details, it changes to box with green tick and then a big white box appears over the top so you cant do anything.

    if you are quick and you press complete order button it always fails due to 3d secure.
    message appears at the top of the screen saying cant validate when validation is already in process (something like that)
    then failed messages shows up as payment rejected due to 3d secure

    had about 10 failed today alone and checking back in history big increase in failed order over past week

    desktop seems fine from my test
