• Just updated to the latest version of the plugin and now can’t access the backend of my site. Keeps giving me a redirected too many times error.

    Thanks for using this plugin and your patience. I am sorry to hear about the issue that you are experiencing. We’ve updated the plugin on all of our sites and did not encounter this error. So far, you are the only person to report this issue which makes me think there is a specific conflict.

    Was 5.0.7 the first version of the plugin you used or have you updated the plugin before? If so, did you encounter any issues then? Do you have FTP access to your site so you could manually disable the plugin? If not, could you reach out to your hosting provider to ask them to disable the plugin. Once disabled, you can try re-activating to rule out any issue encountered during the update process.

    I have exactly the same issue! My site keeps crashing and cant access my WP dashboard or website. It says that Apache Domain Service for this domain is locked. Is there a way to download earlier versions of the plugin? Perhaps it will be alright then since Robert and me are the first??

    I had a backup of the previous version that I restored. That got everything working. I haven’t tried to re-apply the update, so don’t know if it will cause the same issue or not. I’m waiting for a new version at this point.

    Thanks Robert, appreciate the feedback and info! My WP version is also very old so i should perhaps start there.
