Latest version – compatibility with WP 4.0.1

It appears that Post For Page was last updated in 2012. Is this correct?
I have noticed recently that it doesn’t look so good on my site which is using WP 4.0.1. See example at https://www.callingtoncc.net/csl/ The exerpts are not formatted in the same way as the rest of the page, and some images don’t appear.
It used to be OK, so I guess it’s a minor incompatibility issue.
Are you planning an upgrade, or can you advise me how to make it look right again?
