• Hello, I had to roll-back the plugin because the latest version seems to have problems with the Divi theme.
I’m not sure it’s strictly Divi related, but upgrading caused the Divi Visual Builder to stop working (the page in the Builder doesn’t scroll down anymore) and the automatic popups stopped working too while normally browsing the website.

    Hello @brooner

    Thank you for reaching out!

I’m sorry to hear you have experienced this issue on your site. I have checked this on my end using the latest version of Popup Maker, WordPress and Divi, but I could not replicate the issue.

Could you please create a staging site where the new versions are installed and running. After doing so, kindly disable the asset caching of Popup Maker under the settings > misc, then kindly clear the static CSS files of Divi under the theme options > builder > advance. You may also try first to disable the static cache files of Divi and see if this will help fix the issue.

May we know if you have tried the debugging process? If not, kindly try the debugging process on this link?Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker?so we could eliminate a plugin/theme conflict. Kindly use the?Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin?on the debugging link and then activate the troubleshooting mode so you can safely deactivate your plugins. Please see if the issue persists when just Popup Maker and Divi are active on the staging site.

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin.
If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/

Looks like latest updates fixed this, anyway.
