Version 5.6 makes my website extremely slow

  • Version 5.6 makes my website EXTREMELY slow and unusable. I have to keep it disabled for my website to have a decent speed. As a owner of a paid version i wrote to the support team. This is what they replied :

    “I’m not able to provide any idea what’s the cause, so I’ve asked our developers to do a technical investigation to understand the cause. I’ll get back to you as I get any feedback from our technical team.

    SUPPORT TEAM”

    It was 8 days ago. Since then no update. I asked them if they had some news from the technical team, insisting on the fact that half my website is relies on this plugin, they did’t even bother replying. So i got another plugin and started to rebuilt that part of my website. It should take one month (but i have no choice). I asked them for refund because they sold me a plugin that does not work. They still did not reply.
    Luckily i paid with Paypal so this should not me a problem.
