Latest version strips params

I have advanced URL cleanup disabled, but one of my params is being removed/redirected.

I tested on another site, and seems to be ok. Not sure what settings are causing this.

A complex param with multiple encoded characters is being removed for some reason.

Advanced URL cleanup is disabled.

I tested it on a site with v24.0 and it worked fine.

Once I upgraded to v24.2 it seems to also strip out the param, on the other site as well.

Rolling back to v24.0 doesn’t seem to fix it, but that may be some sort of caching issue.
