Latest WordPress Update Conflicts with you Plugin

  • We’ve had to deactivate your plugin on multiple sites after the latest wordpress update with sites using Contact Form 7. When you click submit, it just spins and never completes or gives an error. After deactivating your plugin, the form works fine. Please update a solution to this conflict asap. Thanks!

    update — it is specifically wordpress version 5.6.2 – i’ve downgraded to wordpress 5.6.1 and there is no conflict. (for your information in debugging)

    Ok I am not sure what your testing area is and the theme. But I use the same theme and plugins on all the sites we build. After testing we noticed that the only way we were able to resolve the issue of the form submitting and not producing an error (as if one of the required fields was not filled in), was to disable your plugin. We disabled every plugin that was associated with contact form 7, downgraded wordpress to 5.6.1 and still this didn’t resolve it. I thought it couldnt be the theme because I’ve been using it for years and the last update was 6 months ago with no issues.

    If you want I can give you access to one of the sites for testing purposes. It doesn’t happen when I use WP forms with your plugin, only when I combine CF7, your plugin + Zephyr Theme + WordPress 5.6.2.
